Bastar Gets New Year Gift

Ten Mobile Shop are allocated to Bastar Division of Chhattisgarh, for Public Distribution System. Bastar tribals living in small forest villages do their shopping an local market places called “Hat Bazar”. The PDS mobile shops are meant for Hat Bazar to provide subsidised food and amenities to Tribals at Hat Bazars.

The PDS mobile shops vehilces are provided to Chhattisagrh State Civil Supplies Corporation by Bastar and South Area Development Authority.

The PDS mobile shops are an efficient tool for Ration Supplies to Tribal dominated rural areas where the ration supply is very tough and challanging comapred to urban Chhattisgarh.
