प्रधानमंत्री ने समग्र वित्त मंत्रालय में सरकारी काम के लेन - देन के संबंध में निर्देश दिया था और पास की निगरानी और विकास की गति बनाए रखने के लिए समय पर कदम के लिए की जरूरत पर बल दिया.
